Union’s first year of hockey was 1903. The team played the majority of seasons up until 1948 when it suspended play until 1975. It started back up again in Division II at that time but those records are not included below. Union elevated its program to Division I in 1991. Union did not compete in the 2020-21 season due to COVID concerns at the school.
